Recordings and permissions

Replay Mirror processes camera footage and optional microphone audio locally on your device. Camera access enables capture. Microphone access adds sound to new recordings and is optional. Photos add access may be requested when you choose to save an export to Photos. Manage permissions in iOS Settings.

No developer collection or tracking through the app

The app has no account, advertising, analytics service or developer-operated upload. The developer does not receive your recordings through the app. Settings are stored on device. This release does not offer in-app purchases.

Retention and deletion

The rolling buffer is temporary. An unsaved Replay draft remains locally until saved or discarded. Saved clips remain locally until you delete them. Deleting or updating a local clip does not remove exported copies. Source media directories are marked excluded from device backup; device services and exported copies are outside the app’s control.

Export is your choice

When you export, the destination you select receives a copy. Its privacy practices apply, including any synchronization or backup it provides. Replay Mirror does not select or send to a destination automatically.

Support correspondence

If you voluntarily email support, the operator receives the information you send and uses it to handle your request. Support email is separate from app telemetry. Contact the operator to request deletion of your correspondence; legal retention obligations may apply. Please send only information needed to describe your issue.

Website

These static pages do not include analytics, advertising, tracking scripts or embedded third-party media. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address to serve and secure the website.
